Le Mas de la Verrerie is a recently renovated modern senior living facility. Formerly a 2-star hotel and restaurant, it now offers a contemporary style property with 500 sqm of space. Located in a peaceful environment without any air corridors or railway lines, it sits on a hillside and provides panoramic views of the protected and classified Esterel mountains and the Southern Alps. The property is only 300 m away from the Mediterranean Sea, 4 km from Lake Saint Cassian, and within a one-hour drive to the nearest ski resorts.

When you arrive, you will be warmly welcomed by Laurent and Vesna, the owners, who take pride in their beautiful property. The Mas features five comfortable and soundproofed bedrooms, ranging from 1 to 5-person occupancy. Each room, with an average size of 23 square meters, comes equipped with a flat-screen TV offering 1350 channels, a desk, wifi-internet, a large double bed (with the possibility of additional extra beds), and spacious bathrooms (averaging 9 square meters) with bath-shower, toilet, bidet, sink, and ventilation.

Conveniently located just a 400 m walk (via a secured path without car traffic) from the center of the Provencal village, you will have easy access to all the amenities and local shops such as restaurants, bars, tobacco shops, bakeries, supermarkets, and more. The Mas also offers various recreational facilities including a giant barbecue, garden furniture, terrace, pool furniture, library, board games, children's playground, table tennis, and a large petanque area. Additionally, there is a well-equipped fitness room and a large heated infinity pool with a heated spa Jacuzzi, all surrounded by a 5000 square meter Mediterranean-style park filled with beautiful trees and plants.
