This charming farmhouse is a true representation of old Lotoise farms, situated in the peaceful and green countryside of north west Lot. Just 4 km away, you can find the town of Lacapelle-Marival with its array of shops and a magnificent 13th-century castle. There are numerous attractions in the surrounding area, including Rocamadour, Padirac, St Cirq Lapopie, the valleys of Lot and Dordogne, a beautiful lake, and a zoo.

The house underwent renovations in 2005, while still preserving its original character. It exudes the charm of a bygone era, with its buildings arranged around a courtyard, a well with a stone trough where cattle used to drink before returning to the barn, and a restored bread oven. On the ground floor of the barn, you'll find a courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue. The upper floor is on the same level as the pool. Access to the house is through a stone staircase, and inside you'll find the preserved "inglenook" and "scullery".

The rooms in this farmhouse are delightful, filled with natural light, and tastefully furnished with simplicity.
