Leasing dates for this flat are from Saturday 15 am to Saturday 10 am. It is possible to rent the room furnished, but only under the conditions of the guest room. The maximum occupancy for this flat is 2 persons, with the option of an additional 90 cm bed for 1 child.

To make a reservation, you will need to provide a completed lease agreement and pay a deposit of 50% of the total rental price.

Upon arrival and departure, the status of the apartment will be assessed. It is expected that the apartment is left clean, and any damages or repairs required will be the responsibility of the guest.

For security purposes, a security deposit equal to the rental price is required at the time of key collection. This deposit will be refunded upon departure if no damages are found.
