A renovated farmhouse located amidst vineyards offers various amenities. It consists of a living room, a lounge with an Alsatian stove, and a spacious dining room with a kitchenette equipped with dishes, a coffee maker, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a toaster grill. There is also a toilet on the ground floor. The farmhouse provides facilities such as a baby cot, a high chair, and a baby trot.On the upper floor, there are three charming bedrooms named Provence, Prairie, and Oceans, all available for bed and breakfast accommodations. Guests can access the parking area and private entrance through the beautiful garden. Additionally, there is a Moorish-style patio with a summer kitchen, a bar, and a barbecue. The farmhouse also features an 8x4 pool for guests to enjoy. There is a possibility to park motorcycles, jet skis, and quads on the premises.
Please note that the pool is planned to be available from 2011 onwards, and there is also the option to accommodate quads and jet skis in separate storage areas.

Personne très accueillante avec le cur sur la main ( sa été notre papy des vacances). Endroit très calme avec superbe piscine. Nous l'avons recommander à nos proches. Sa été que du bonheur, nous y retournerons très prochainement.

Directions
To get to your destination, take exit 38 on A10 (Paris-Bordeaux or Bordeaux-Paris). After the toll, follow the signs towards St Caprais de Blaye for 4kms5. Look for the route to the church, which will lead you to Calvary. From there, follow the signs to Richebonne and keep left at the fork. You will arrive at a home with stone walls and blue shutters. If you are on the N137 axis (Mirambeau/Blaye), turn left towards the center of St Caprais, following the signs to the church. Take the same path from there.
