We offer various rental options, including the entire villa, the Trouloulou suite with an integrated bathroom, the Paul suite with a reserved bathroom on the landing, the Paul room with a shared bathroom (with Virginie), and the Virginie room with a shared bathroom (with Paul). Kindly confirm your choice of rooms or indicate if you require taxi services.

Your quote will be provided based on your specific conditions of stay and the number of people. Here is an example of the basic pricing for the villa or bed and breakfast guest house. Please note that these rates may vary depending on the length of stay and the season.

For a minimum rental period of 15 days, the rates are as follows:
- Low season (April, May, June, July, August, September): 1280 per month or 42 per day for the entire villa or high season guest house in our presence.
- High season (October, November, December, January, February, March): 1480 per month or 49 per day for the entire villa in our absence.

Please be aware that the swimming pool, tennis field, living room, dining room, terrace, and outdoor parking are shared amenities. The presence of the owner is possible and desirable, but if you do not wish for their presence, kindly inform us.

If you are interested in a long-term rental, we offer a rate of 1100 per month for a maximum of 4 people for stays longer than three months. Please note that additional charges may apply based on the length of stay and the season.

We provide complimentary WiFi throughout the property, and parking with a guard is available 24/7. The common areas include the living room, dining room, kitchen, swimming pool, tennis courts, and terrace.

"Welcome to our charming rented premises! This comfortable house showcases the beautiful Mauritian Creole aesthetic and offers a suite and two bedrooms, a spacious living room, dining room, two bathrooms, and a large terrace. The rooms are generously sized and well-equipped with essential furniture and amenities such as beds, bedside tables, wardrobes, dressing tables, and mirrors. The house itself is bright and airy, with tasteful interior decor and colonial paintings that have been completely redone on the interior and exterior walls and ceilings.

Situated just 200 meters away from the sandy beach of Grandbaie Center, and within close proximity to other stunning beaches such as Pointe aux Canonniers and Pereybère, you'll have easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches in Mauritius. Additionally, the city center of Grand Baie is just a 15-minute walk away, and there's a bus stop conveniently located 50 meters from the property with affordable and frequent bus services.

Our rental offers several attractive features, including a fully air-conditioned villa spanning 136 square meters, which has been perfectly maintained. The dining and TV lounge area open up to a lovely terrace and an exotic garden. Furthermore, the residence offers shared outdoor facilities such as a swimming pool with a barbecue kiosk, surrounded by lush mango and coconut trees and other tropical plants. You can enjoy delightful barbecues by the poolside, and there are also two tennis courts available for your use.

In terms of amenities, you'll find a large, modern, and well-equipped kitchen at your disposal. Additionally, the rental is furnished with various appliances and equipment, including a washing machine, water heater, water pump, oven with plates, two refrigerator freezers, a microwave, blender, emergency lamp, kettle, rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster, minute cooker, wok, ironing board, iron, clocks, and tables. The inventory also includes beds, closets, and other essentials in all rooms. Linens, towels, and kitchenware are provided as well.

Please note that there are certain items and areas within the premises that are for the owner's personal use and not accessible to tenants. The garage, closet, and a bedroom closet are designated as personal spaces. Additionally, the rental is suitable for a maximum of six people, and any excessive use or rental of the premises without prior agreement and approval will be considered a breach of the rental contract.

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, we kindly request that any anomalies or issues be reported to the owner immediately. A security deposit of 400 Euros is required to cover any potential damages, additional cleaning, and consumption charges. This deposit will be refunded within one month after deducting any necessary expenses. The tenant is also responsible for obtaining their own civil insurance and damage insurance.

In the event of non-payment or non-compliance with the terms of the agreement, the owner reserves the right to terminate the contract after eight days of unsuccessful formal notice. The tenant must then vacate the premises upon the owner's request.
