The Villa is available for bookings throughout the year and offers a spacious area of 170 sqm all on one level. It boasts two large shaded terraces that provide a perfect setting for relaxation. At the pool level, guests can enjoy a delightful Provencal style barbecue, creating a wonderful atmosphere for pre or post-bowling parties.

The villa showcases breathtaking panoramic views of the Rhone Valley, the vineyards, Mont Ventoux, and the Alpilles. It features a private, heated, and secure 11m x 5m pool, ensuring complete privacy. The 1200 sqm plot is adorned with beautiful flowering trees, olive trees, lavender, and aromatic plants, with ample space for ball games.

Inside the villa, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, pots, pans, toaster, traditional coffee maker, and Senseo machine. The dining and relaxing area includes a cozy fireplace, a TV, and a Blu-Ray/DVD player.

The villa offers comfortable accommodation with two bedrooms featuring double beds (160x200), two bedrooms with two single beds (90x200), and one room equipped with three single beds (90x200), along with a TV, DVD player, and Playstation 2 (16 sets available). Additionally, there are two cots with foam mattresses to ensure a good night's sleep.

The villa provides two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, and another with a shower and WC. There is also a separate WC for convenience. A laundry room with a washing machine, freezer, and refrigerator is available for guests' use.

The spacious living/dining room is the perfect place to unwind, offering another TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player, a fireplace, comfortable sofas, and armchairs. Guests can also enjoy outdoor cooking using the Provençal BBQ provided.

For entertainment, a petanque (boules) area is available on-site, and there are two garages, one accessible to tenants. Ample storage space can be found throughout the house, ensuring a clutter-free stay.

Directions

To reach Villa Peyrolas, follow these travel directions:
1. Leave the motorway at BOLLENE.
2. Proceed on the D 994 in the direction of PONT ST ESPRIT.
3. Continue on the N 86 until you reach BARJAC.
4. Take a left turn onto the D 901, heading towards BARJAC / ST JULIEN PEYROLAS.
5. As you approach the village and the cross, stay on the left side of the road.
6. After passing the village and the cross, take the second road on the left, which will lead you to Villa Peyrolas.
