We are offering a detached house for rent on our family property. The house can accommodate 2 to 4 people and has been fully renovated. It is situated on a spacious and quiet wooded area, surrounded by nature, and offers a lot of charm.The living room is equipped with a kitchenette, including a fridge, microwave, and electric plates. There is a comfortable sofa bed that can sleep two people. The shower room includes a toilet. Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and an umbrella, providing a private and peaceful environment.
Additional photos are available upon request via email. There is also a possibility of accommodating two more people on a mezzanine with a double bed, although accessibility may be limited.
The property is located close to the Orient Forest Park, with the lakes just 10 minutes away. It is also conveniently situated 5 minutes from the Troyes/Dienville bike path, a supermarket, and 10 minutes from Troyes, renowned for its magnificent architectural heritage and factory stores. The amusement park Nigloland is just 30 minutes away.
The rental is available from the weekend of 08/28/15, with a weekend rate of 50 euros per night. The weekly rate is 40 euros per night, and a full week from Saturday to Saturday is offered at 200 euros. For longer stays, please contact us for pricing.
There are additional services available for an extra fee, including the rental of sheets (10 euros), bath towels and towel (5 euros), and baby accessories such as a bed or high chair (5 euros). A cleaning fee of 20 euros is also charged upon departure.

Très satisfait
Nous avons adoré passer ce séjour dans ce gîte. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et conciliants. Merci à eux. La maisonnette est très sympa et bien équipée. La terrasse est un plus. L'admission des animaux nous a permis de prendre soin de notre chien. C'était super !
