On the first floor, you will find a spacious master bedroom with a double bed, a second double bedroom, and a smaller twin bedroom that can be converted into a double. There is also a bathroom with a separate shower and bath, as well as separate toilets on both floors.
The main floor boasts a cozy living room with an open fireplace and bread oven, perfect for relaxing. Additionally, there is a smaller TV/reading room with another open fireplace and a pull-out couch, which opens onto the garden and terrace. The large kitchen/dining room is fully equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, fridge, oven, and microwave. The house features original stone floors and walls, beautiful exposed beams, and traditional open fireplaces.
The garden is completely enclosed and offers stunning views of the rolling countryside and vineyards of the Hautes Côtes. It provides both shaded and sunny areas, allowing you to relax comfortably. There is a terrace for outdoor dining, complete with garden furniture and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying meals in the fresh air.
