"Les Hauts de Chaumont" is a charming, historic winegrower's house dating back to 1880. Over the years, it has been lovingly restored to offer a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests to discover or rediscover the cultural richness of the Val de Loire region. Nestled amidst picturesque landscapes, this delightful establishment warmly welcomes visitors throughout the year.

Upon arrival, you will find convenient and secure parking within the courtyard, ensuring peace of mind for your vehicle. Cyclists will appreciate the garage provided for safely storing their bikes. The tastefully furnished bedrooms are situated on the first floor and boast private bathrooms and toilets for your comfort.

Relaxation awaits in the spacious lounge, where a delicious breakfast is served each morning. For your convenience, a kitchenette equipped with a microwave and fridge is available for light meals or beverages. All rooms have been recently renovated in 2011 and are equipped with flat-screen TVs. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also provided, allowing you to stay connected during your stay.

In addition to the main house, we are delighted to offer a new, modern holiday cottage. With its contemporary design, air conditioning, and 90m2 of space, it can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people. Located near the swimming pool, you can enjoy al fresco dining in the garden, which includes a barbecue available for your use during the summer months. With its vast 3000m² expanse, the garden offers numerous charming corners where you can relax, enjoy drinks with friends and family, or simply unwind with a good book while listening to the delightful songs of birds.

Children will find endless entertainment in the back garden, which features a large play structure complete with swings and a slide. With a bit of luck and patience, you may even catch a glimpse of our resident squirrel or the woodpecker couple that call our garden home.

The swimming pool, measuring 10 meters by 5 meters with a depth of 2.30m, is fully enclosed and securely locked. While it is graciously provided for your enjoyment, we kindly ask that you follow the rules and guidelines communicated upon your arrival. Comfortable deckchairs are available, and we are pleased to provide bath towels for your use.

We are pleased to offer a brand-new vacation rental option starting from June 2011. Our modern holiday cottage spans across 90 square meters, providing ample space and comfort for 6 to 8 individuals. With the added convenience of air conditioning, guests can enjoy a refreshing atmosphere during their stay. Situated in close proximity to the swimming pool, this accommodation boasts a contemporary design that exudes a sense of lightness and openness. Directions

- Take the D952 road from Blois to Amboise.
- Once you reach Onzain, cross the Loire river towards Chaumont sur Loire.
- Turn right towards the village.
- At the traffic lights, make a left turn towards Montrichard.
- After 100 meters, at the bottom of the slope, take the second street on the right and head towards the primary school.
- Look out for the signboard of "Les Hauts de Chaumont" as it is the first property on your left at the beginning of the street.
