This description is for an ancient farmhouse located near Castle Fougis. The house can accommodate up to 10 people, offering 3 double beds, 2 single beds, and 1 sofa bed. It has been beautifully restored by the previous tenant, who was the old farmer of the Castle of Fougis. With a prime location, both the house and its courtyard offer breathtaking views of the Erich Engelbrecht Sculpture Park and the Castle of Fougis. This spacious two-story house offers plenty of room for a comfortable stay. On the ground floor, you will find a large living and dining room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, a sizable bedroom with a double bed, and an additional room with a foldable sofa that can accommodate two people. There is a bathroom and toilet serving these two rooms, as well as a separate toilet in a spacious lobby.Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. An extra bed can be provided if needed.
Outside, there is a sunny terrace in front of the house, offering a spectacular view of the sculpture park. Parking is available on the property. For those who enjoy sports and leisure activities, there are tennis and table tennis facilities, as well as a private lake for swimming. Various hiking trails, canoeing, quad biking, karting, and other sports can also be enjoyed in the surrounding area.
A weekly set of towels and bed linen is included in the price. Additional services such as cleaning can be arranged for an extra fee of 80,00 EUR. A tourist tax of 0,60 EUR per person, per night applies.
