Experience a delightful retreat at the enchanting "Mas des Sources" situated in the charming hamlet of Le Fayet within the picturesque village of Sanilhac. Nestled halfway between Largentière and Joyeuse, and in close proximity to the Ardèche and Beaume gorges, this idyllic location offers a tranquil setting for a memorable stay.

Perched above the Blajoux valley, this hamlet is surrounded by lush pine forests, creating a serene environment perfect for leisurely strolls amidst unspoiled nature. Starting from 1st July, the owners warmly welcome guests to their bed and breakfast, providing two unique rooms in a serene and natural setting. The spacious suite and "patio room" exude an elegant charm, adorned with tasteful grey and off-white tones that harmoniously blend with the natural materials and antique furnishings, many of which were handpicked from the renowned "Brocante" markets, such as the exquisite antique chest of drawers discovered in Isle-sur-la-Sorgue.

With a focus on preserving the authentic character of the property, the owner personally built the house, utilizing traditional roof tiles, sandstone walls, and floors, resulting in a home filled with natural light thanks to its sliding glass doors. Located on the ground floor, the rooms boast bright and airy spaces with whitewashed walls and antique furniture adorned with a white and grey finish. Linen curtains sourced from the Brocante in Beaucaire beautifully adorn the windows, adding a touch of Provencal charm.

The expansive suite spans an impressive 50 m² and boasts its own entrance. Featuring a natural stone floor and a ceiling adorned with wooden beams, this room is bathed in natural light streaming through the large glass doors that open onto an indoor patio and a covered terrace. Complete with a queen-size bed, a bathroom, and a stove, this room exudes a countryside charm enhanced by its collection of exquisite antiques.

The standard room, measuring 30 m², opens up to an indoor patio through two generous glass doors, offering a delightful fusion of white, off-white, and grey hues. This cozy room features a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Guests can bask in the southern sun on the terrace, which overlooks a refreshing natural spring water pool. Alternatively, they can unwind under the soothing shade of a fragrant linden tree in the garden or indulge in relaxation by the swimming pool or in the sauna.

Immerse yourself in the history of the area, where chestnut and silk producers once thrived, and experience the idyllic charm of Southern Ardèche. Our houses have been tastefully renovated to maintain their original style, providing a perfect blend of comfort and authenticity.

Each house is equipped with a fully functional kitchen, but if you prefer to dine out, there are a variety of restaurants within a 5 to 30-minute drive. For your convenience, shopping can be done within 10 minutes in the medieval village of Largentière.

We pride ourselves on providing a child-friendly environment and welcome pets, ensuring that the whole family can enjoy a memorable stay. Take advantage of our beautiful swimming pool, sauna, and hammam facilities exclusively available to our Fayet guests. If you prefer a natural swimming experience, the Beaume river is just 20 minutes away and offers stunning places to swim.
