The house is also equipped with various security measures, such as a multi-point lock entrance door, secure windows, an interphone, automatic gate, and fence.
Additionally, the house offers excellent insulation, thanks to its double-glazed windows and the use of eco-friendly materials. It is only a 5-minute drive from the Muret station, which offers direct trains to Toulouse. Additionally, it is just a 15-minute drive away from large shopping centers such as Carrefour, Leclerc, and Ikea, as well as the industrial areas in the southern part of Toulouse where companies like Siemens, Airbus, and Thales/Alcatel are located. The house is also within a 15-minute drive from the Golf Club of La Ramée and the leisure park, which includes a lake, swimming pool, tennis courts, and biking trails. Furthermore, it takes only 20 minutes to reach the city center of Toulouse and Toulouse-Blagnac Airport. Lastly, there is quick access to the main highways leading to the Pyrénées, the Mediterranean Sea, and the Atlantic Sea.
