The ground floor boasts an open plan design, providing ample space for relaxation and dining. The well-furnished living and dining areas are complemented by a fully equipped kitchen, complete with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and freezer. Additionally, a convenient downstairs cloakroom is available. French doors open onto the terrace, offering access to the garden beyond.

Entertainment options include free broadband WIFI, UK satellite TV, French terrestrial TV, and a DVD player.

A galleried staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find four comfortably furnished bedrooms, each with its own en-suite facilities. This makes LHirondelle the ideal choice for groups of friends or families. The bedrooms consist of two double rooms with king-size beds and two twin rooms. To ensure your comfort during cooler months, the gîte benefits from full central heating.

Towels and bed-linen are provided, with beds made ready for your arrival. Beach towels are available for a small additional fee. Guests also have access to a washing machine in the utility room.
