We have embarked on a new venture after successfully establishing two themed restaurants in Paris and Burgundy. In 2005, we purchased a family home to immerse ourselves in our roots and begin a fresh chapter in life. Prior to this, we dedicated 30 years to the conservation profession in Paris, particularly at "Bourguignon du Marais," a restaurant we created in 1992. It is now under the ownership of Philip Lalot, who maintains the Burgundian essence we carefully selected in our wine collection.

Today, with various renovations completed to enhance both the wine experience and the overall comfort of our new facilities, we warmly invite you to our estate for an unforgettable stay filled with exploration and delight.
