Welcome to our charming small independent house, offering picturesque views of the canal and the beautiful Loire. Located in the Brionnais region of Saone-et-Loire, this cottage comfortably accommodates up to 5 people.

The ground floor features a spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a convenient laundry room, and a separate toilet. Moving up to the first floor, you will find three connecting rooms. The first room is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, along with a sofa bed and two cribs. The second room offers two single beds. All the necessary amenities such as a TV, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave are provided for your convenience. The cottage also offers electric heating and a cozy wood stove.

Outside, you will find a lovely enclosed green space with lush lawns, a barbecue area, comfortable garden furniture, a terrace, and various games for children. Additionally, there are two garages available for your use.

The surrounding area offers numerous attractions and points of interest. The town of Marcigny is just 12 kilometers away, while Paray Monial is 22 kilometers away. Lapalisse and Dompierre Le Pal Besbre are both within a 35-kilometer radius, and The Dungeon is a mere 15 kilometers away. The rental price for the cottage is 175 to 295 euros per week, depending on the season. A deposit of 150 euros is required. Weekend stays are also available upon request.
