For dining and relaxation, there is a charming dining room and a cozy lounge area. Entertainment amenities include a television and a téléséjour phone. The gite is further equipped with a bathroom and two separate toilets for convenience. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and central heating. Outside, there is a private garden and a delightful shaded and enclosed balcony, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals and gatherings. A garage is available for parking. During the months of July and August, guests can take advantage of the swimming facilities located just 500 meters away. The gite is open all year round, ensuring availability for guests at any time.
