The ground floor of the farmhouse has been converted into three spacious and comfortable double rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. Each room has a separate entrance on a different side of the farmhouse. Smoking is not allowed in any of the rooms.Located between the Adriatic Sea and the Apennine mountains, Le Marche is an undiscovered gem that has not yet been overrun by mass tourism. This area offers everything that makes Italy special – picturesque villages, stunning natural landscapes, beautiful beaches, delectable cuisine, and the renowned white Verdicchio wine. In short, it provides all the ingredients for an unforgettable holiday experience.
Description for Gite
Located in the garden, you will discover Oleandro, a charming detached bungalow spanning 48m². This cozy accommodation is suitable for a couple or a small family with one or two children. Inside, you will find two single beds that can be converted into a comfortable double bed, as well as a spacious sleeping couch. For your convenience, a washing machine is also provided. Casa Oleandro offers a serene private garden, parking space, and a breathtaking view of the picturesque hills. If desired, you can join fellow guests for a delicious breakfast at the farmhouse for an additional fee of €7.00 per person. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in Oleandro. From Northern Italy:
To reach our Bed & Breakfast from Northern Italy, start by heading towards Milan on the A1 from Parma - Bologna. Continue on the A1 towards Bologna. Once you reach Bologna, take the A14 in the direction of Rimini - Ancona. Take the A14 exit Ancona Nord and continue on the SS76 towards Jesi, Fabriano, and Roma.
After approximately 25 minutes, take the Mergo / Apiro exit. Turn right at the exit and follow the signs for Mergo. Continue straight on the track and ascend the mountain road. After about 10 minutes, you will pass the village of Mergo. Stay on this road until you surpass the village. Keep going until you reach a T-junction, where you should continue straight ahead (passing a small church). Follow the road towards Rosora, but take the first left immediately onto Via Panocchia. After a little over one kilometer, you will see a sign for "Casa dei Colli" on the right, indicating the road to our Bed & Breakfast.
From Rome:
To reach our Bed & Breakfast from Rome, take the northbound ring road from the A1. Take the Orte exit towards Terni. Turn right onto Osteria del Gatto and follow the SS76 towards Fabriano and Ancona.
Take the Mergo / Apiro exit. Turn right at the exit and follow the signs for Mergo. Continue straight on the track and ascend the mountain road. After about 10 minutes, you will pass the village of Mergo. Stay on this road until you surpass the village.
