We are offering you three rooms to choose from. The first room includes a 160-sized bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower and a relaxing whirlpool bathtub. The second room, called the parental suite, features a 160-sized bed and a mezzanine with two additional beds (90-sized each), along with a private toilet. The third room, known as the Duplex, comprises a queen-sized bed, a bathroom, an individual toilet, and a cozy lounge area with an additional sleeping arrangement.

Valerie invites you to her charming 100 sqm cottage, nestled in the picturesque green valley of the Royal Eure, just a convenient 1 hour and 5 minutes away from both Paris and Dreux. The cottage has been tastefully decorated, combining the timeless charm of a "Norman cottage" with contemporary comfort.

The ground floor features a cozy living and dining area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms: one with a 160 bed and a sofa, and the other two with 140 beds. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a jacuzzi corner bath, a shower, and a toilet. The cottage also offers amenities such as a color TV, a baby cot, and a high chair.

On-site, you can enjoy a game of tennis, explore the surroundings with bicycles provided, or entertain your little ones with various children's games. There is also a barbecue and garden furniture available for your relaxation and outdoor dining needs. Chambre balnéo: belle déco, salle de bains spacieuse et trés sympa; cadre trés agréable et calme, à 2 pas de Dreux; et la propriétaire a soin de rendre votre séjour agréable.
Bref : à recommander +++!

Un endroit calme . Un petit déjeuné exquis . Un parking .Une gérante tés agréable . Une chambres confortable et très jolie ( duplex ) . Mais que demande le peuple !!! Un très bon séjours que je vais surement renouvelé .
