This charming cottage offers a separate entrance, a delightful garden, convenient parking, and a lovely terrace with garden furniture for your relaxation. Additionally, it features an above ground pool for a refreshing dip. The cottage boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, 5-burner stove, microwave, and fridge/freezer. In the dining room, you will find a TV and DVD player for your entertainment. Sleeping arrangements include three double bedrooms, one of which has a sink and shower. There are also two independent bathrooms with showers, two toilets, a washing machine, and two small annexes. Each annex contains a single bed and a mezzanine with a sofa and library. To ensure your comfort, the beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels are provided in the bathrooms. The location of this cottage is ideal, as it is only 45 minutes away from the sea, 1.5 hours from the mountains, and close to the border with Spain.

Directions

To reach Dax from Bordeaux, follow the expressway towards Dax. After passing amou, continue towards Pomarez amou and take the exit towards management hagetmau. Turn right onto the second road and continue for 400 meters to reach your destination.

If you're traveling from Toulouse, take the Highway towards Orthez. After approximately 15 kilometers, follow the direction towards amou.
