The accommodation is located in a private courtyard, with a separate parking area. Each Gite has its own private garden, equipped with an Out Back BBQ, dining area, and garden furniture. The large swimming pool consists of a paddling pool (25msq) with a depth of 40cm, flowing into a large pool (75msq) with a shallow end of 1m and a deep end of 2m. The pool is situated on the edge of the Adour valley, offering breathtaking views of the mountains.

The property includes an ancient chapel, moat, and woodlands for guests to explore. It provides ample space and tranquility, making it the perfect place to recharge while surrounded by the stunning scenery of the Pyrenees mountains and the Gascon countryside. Located in the heart of Gascony, Le Prielle offers a wide range of opportunities for those looking to vacation in the area.

Discover our four brand new, purpose-built gites that have been beautifully restored using traditional materials. Each gite offers a unique and comfortable living space for an unforgettable holiday experience.

Gite 1 - Le Chai
With three bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious lounge, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, Le Chai provides a generous living space. Covering approximately 110 square metres (or 1200 square feet), this gite is perfect for families or groups of friends. For larger parties, an adjoining door connects Le Chai with La Grange, allowing the option to combine both units to accommodate 10+ people.

Gite 2 - La Grange
Featuring two bedrooms, a bathroom, a cozy lounge, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, La Grange offers a comfortable retreat. Spanning approximately 110 square metres (or 1200 square feet), this gite is ideal for small families or couples. For larger groups, the adjoining door connects La Grange with Le Chai, creating an option to accommodate 10+ people.

Gite 3 - Le Hibou
With three bedrooms, a bathroom, a spacious lounge, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, Le Hibou provides ample space for a relaxing stay. Covering approximately 110 square metres (or 1200 square feet), this gite can easily accommodate additional beds if needed, making it perfect for families or groups seeking extra flexibility.

Local Facilities:
The nearest village, Madiran, is located 3km away. Here, you can find a Boulangerie, Epicerie, Post Office, wine shop & wine centre, Restaurant, Bar, Tennis Courts, Sports Hall, Children's Playground, Football and Volleyball Pitch. The towns of Plaisance du Gers and Maubourguet, both located 10km away, offer a wider range of major facilities. Tarbes (30km) and Pau (40km) are administrative centers that provide a variety of shopping, leisure facilities, arts, and historical centers. Additionally, the oldest Golf Course in Europe can be found there. Various activities such as wine tasting, golf, mini-golf, fishing, water skiing, canoeing, and horse riding are available in the local area. Beautiful walks and cycle rides can also be enjoyed, and we have a large file of local routes ranging from 3km to 65km, passing through vineyards, pretty villages, and Chateaux. Our Gites also serve as a great base for exploring the Pyrenees, offering great day trips for both walkers and cyclists.

Fetes:
We highly recommend attending some of the local fetes listed below:
- Madiran: Fete du Vin on August 14th and 15th, where all local producers offer free tasting of their wines and foods. Music and meals are available over a period of 4 days. In November, there is Portes ouverts, where all producers open their Chais for tasting and purchasing prior to Christmas.
- Plaisance du Gers: In July, there is a huge street fete, including course landaise.
- Maubourguet: In August, there is a huge street fete over 4 days, including bull fighting and course landaise.
- Marciac: This town hosts an International Jazz festival with 2 weeks of music, stalls, and food from around the world.

Directions:
Nearest airports:
- Pau Pyrenees: 45 minutes.
- Bordeaux Merignac, Toulouse Blagnac, Biarritz: 2 hours.
- Tarbes-Lourdes: 1 hour.

By car:
From Bordeaux:
- Take the A62 to Junction 3 Langon.
- From Langon, follow the main D932 to Roquefort, then take the D934 towards Aire Sur l'Adour.
- Once at Aire Sur l'Adour, take the D935 towards Tarbes.
- Approximately 10km south of Riscle on the D935, you will come across Chateau Montus on your right.
- Take the first turning right onto the D58 and continue past Chateau Perron to the top of the hill.
- At the first crossroads after Chateau Perron, turn left.
- Follow the crest of the hill towards the mountains, and take the third left after about 2km onto Chemin de Qulay.
- Follow Chemin de Qulay until the road forks to the left, then follow the road to the left onto Chemin de Prielle.
- Le Prielle is the only property in the middle of the vineyards on the right.

From Tarbes:
- Follow the main road D935 from Tarbes towards Bordeaux.
- Approximately 10km north of Maubourguet, and signposted to Madiran, turn left onto the D48.
- Pass Chateau Hechac and continue to the restaurant "La Colline."
- Take the right facing the restaurant towards Soublecause and Castelneau Riviere-Basse.
- Take the third turning right at the second small crossroads onto Chemin de Qulay.
- At the fork, turn left onto Chemin de Prielle.
- Le Prielle is the only property in the middle of the vineyards on the right.

From Pau:
- Take the N134 north out of Pau for approximately 30km until you reach Garlin.
- At Garlin, turn right and follow the road into the village until you reach a mini roundabout.
- Turn left at the roundabout and follow the D16 towards a T-junction at Diusse.
- Turn left and then first right, following the signs to Madiran, onto the D205.
- Follow the D205 and then the D317 towards Aydie, and then take the D548 until you reach a T-junction with the D48.
- Turn right towards Madiran.
- Drive through Madiran and take the first turning left after passing the sports hall, which is the Chemin de Qulay.
- Follow the road until you reach the top of the hill where the road bears right.
- Follow the road right until you reach a crossroads.
- Go straight on at the crossroads and continue on Chemin de Qulay until the road forks left onto the Chemin de Prielle.
- Le Prielle is approximately 500 meters along Chemin de Prielle and is the only property in the middle of the vineyards on the right.
