This 100m² detached house is perfect for accommodating up to 4 people and spans across two levels.On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a contemporary fireplace, connected to a modern kitchen. Additionally, there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a separate toilet. The large windows in the living room offer plenty of natural light and provide a beautiful view of the garden towards the south and west.
Moving up to the first floor, there is a versatile space that can be used as a game area or office. Adjacent to this space is a large bedroom with two twin beds measuring 80 cm each.
The garden, spanning 3600m², is enclosed by walls and is filled with a variety of vegetation including mimosas, agapanthus, palms, bamboo, camellias, and of course, hydrangeas. The garden has become a home for various bird species.
The house is equipped with modern amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and other small kitchen appliances. You can enjoy outdoor dining with the provided garden furniture and barbecue. Electric heating ensures a comfortable stay throughout the year.
