Description for Gite

Enjoy a moderate climate all year round at our charming cottage. Whether it's spring, summer, autumn, or winter, you can take advantage of our heated and covered indoor swimming pool. What could be better than enjoying the simple pleasure of swimming all year long for your happiness and comfort?

Our restored house, respecting the local architecture, is conveniently located near all facilities. Situated just a 2-minute walk from the medieval village of Saint-Cyprien, our 85 m2 cottage offers three bedrooms. In a sunny and quiet lane, you can easily access the village's tourist and commercial attractions, including its vibrant markets, shops, and restaurants.

With a capacity of 2 to 7 guests, our cottage is tastefully decorated and equipped with high-quality amenities. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), a separate toilet, a living room with a fireplace, an American fridge with ample storage, a dishwasher, a washer and dryer, microwaves, and a breakfast set including a coffee machine, toaster, juicer, and kettle. The cottage also has central heating, and all rooms have independent access to the terrace.

For families with young children, we provide baby equipment such as a bed with linen, a high chair, a stroller, and a bathtub. Additionally, household linen, including bed sheets, towels, and kitchen cloths, are available for hire. Please note that swimming pool towels are not provided.

Our indoor swimming pool is heated and covered by Climabris, allowing you to adjust the opening according to your preferences. The side panels can be raised by hand, providing access along the entire length of the pool. The pool also features wide sliding doors with key locks for added security. With dimensions of 4x8m and a depth ranging from 1.1m to 1.8m, the pool includes a romantic staircase, a diving pit, and a counter-current swimming feature. Please ensure that children are supervised at all times while using the pool, and follow the posted instructions for use. A mandatory shower before each swim ensures cleanliness. During the low season, the swimming pool is only shared with other guests.

Outside, you can relax on the terrace under the protective hood, which also houses a garden lounge and a barbecue. The garden, spanning 600 m2, offers a children's adventure playground and parking space for two cars.
