Description for B&B:

Whether you're traveling for leisure or business, whether it's your first time or you're a frequent visitor to our beautiful region, we are here to ensure that you have the best possible stay.

It all starts with our meticulously renovated and decorated house, designed to provide a warm, cozy, and friendly environment that will make you feel right at home as soon as you arrive.

Our accommodations are anything but average. Let us give you a glimpse: the three different rooms range from spacious to huge, and even completely enormous!

Room #1, called "la familiale," spans 35 square meters and consists of two connecting rooms with sliding glass and wood doors. One room has a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The bathroom is simply delightful. This room comfortably accommodates 2 to 4 people, ideally a family.

Room #2, known as "la suite," covers 32 square meters and features a bedroom with a large bed separated from a second room by the bathroom. In the second room, you can read, write, listen to music, or do whatever you please without disturbing your loved one who wants to sleep. Additionally, there is a single bed in this room, making it perfect for a young family of three.

Room #3, called "le loft," is truly special. With a generous surface area of 65 square meters, it is designed for those who appreciate or require ample space. This room, equipped with a large bed (160x200 cm), is ideally suited for a couple in love, as the spacious bathroom is not partitioned. There is also an extra bed, an antique "lit bateau" (boat bed), which can be used as a sofa bed for a child or anyone under 6 feet tall. Furthermore, you can unwind in two rocking chairs or choose to nap in a genuine Brazilian hammock. Located on the top floor, this room offers a magnificent view of the beautiful countryside. It's an experience that may forever change your perspective on life!

All main bedrooms are situated on the "côté jardin" (garden side), ensuring a peaceful atmosphere despite the minimal road traffic. Each room is equipped with electric-powered blinds and amenities such as a hairdryer, boiling kettle, radio, and CD player. Linen and towels are, of course, provided. In the common area downstairs, guests are welcome to use the fridge and two ovens (one regular and one microwave).

Please note that there are no televisions in the rooms or common spaces. However, we offer a selection of books, magazines (in French), maps, tourist information, and various games for your entertainment.

All of the above is available at a fair price, which includes a healthy and generous breakfast. From hot drinks like tea, coffee, and hot chocolate to local and delicious apple juice, yogurts, and a variety of fresh breads (cereals, sesame, wheat, and rye), accompanied by an array of delightful jams and butter. We also provide different types of cereals (mueslis or crunchies) and, depending on availability and the chef's humor, warm croissants, mini viennoiseries, or regional cakes. Our breakfast menu changes daily, ensuring a delightful start to your day. Breakfast is served from 8:30 am to 10:30 am in the spacious dining room on the ground floor, adjacent to a salon for reading and games.

We invite you to come and see for yourself. There is an abundance of things to see, experience, and enjoy in the surrounding area.

We are located in the world-famous Bigouden Country, known as one of the cultural centers of Brittany. Situated close to the magnificent city of Quimper (a 15-minute drive), the port of Douarnenez (20 minutes), and Pont L'Abbé (15 minutes), our location offers convenient access to many points of interest in the region. These include the seaside resorts of Bénodet and Sainte-Marine, Concarneau, Pont-Aven, Locronan, the Crozon Peninsula, the Armorique Natural Park, and the Monts d'Arrées.

On the map, you'll notice that we are an hour away from Brest, two hours from Rennes, and two and a half hours from Nantes. It's worth noting that highways in Brittany are toll-free, which is a unique feature in France due to historical and cultural reasons.

Whether you're interested in sports or cultural activities, or both, you'll find plenty of options here. The region offers numerous festivals (especially during the summer) and excellent museums covering various themes. There are also beautiful chapels and historic sites to explore, including menhirs and dolmens. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy golf, tennis, horseback riding, mountain biking, sailing, windsurfing, kite-surfing, paddle-surfing, surfing (with la Pointe de la Torche being a hotspot), sand yachting, paragliding, kayaking, and hiking.

Alternatively, you can simply relax and have fun on the nearby beaches. With their pristine white sand and unspoiled natural surroundings (a paradise for birdwatchers), these beaches offer a tranquil escape from the crowds. The breathtaking Pointe du Raz, the westernmost point in France and a fantastic hiking spot, is only 40 minutes away. However, the nearest beaches along the Baie d'Audierne, a 10-mile stretch of fine white sand, can be reached within a 10-minute drive. Penhors, for example, is renowned for the quality of its waters.

Lastly, don't miss the opportunity to indulge in the gastronomic wonders of the region, including Kouign Aman, Far Breton, gâteau Breton, crêpes, and excellent fish and seafood.

As you can see, there is plenty to see and do here, so plan to stay for a few days to make the most of your visit.
