B&B Room in the Pink Granite Coast near PERROS-GUIREC in BRITTANYExperience the charm and character of an authentic restored farmhouse at Marie's B&B. Located in the beautiful region of Paimpol with easy access to Roscoff and the unspoiled Pink Granite Coast, our B&B is the ideal base for exploring the stunning landscapes of Perros-Guirec, Tréguier, and Paimpol in the Coasts of Armor in Brittany.
Choose from two accommodation options:
- A cozy room in the main house of my grandmother's farm, perfect for 1 or 2 guests.
- A fully renovated separate building with a kitchen, ideal for groups of 1 to 5 guests.
Start your day with a delicious breakfast served from 8:00 to 9:30. We offer a selection of hot drinks, including tea, coffee, chocolate, and milk, accompanied by toast or not, salted butter, homemade jams, Breton fruit juice, yogurts, and traditional Breton cakes or pancakes. Before you set off to explore our beautiful area, I will provide you with information about the Pink Granite Coast and its surroundings, including recommendations for restaurants and creperies.
Our B&B offers a range of amenities, including a large private car park, washing machine, barbecue facilities, a spacious garden, and children's play area. We also welcome pets upon request and provide complete baby equipment.
Prices start from 45 to 55 euros per night, including breakfast. We accept payment by cash or holiday checks.

Experience the charm and beauty of my Grandmother's Farm in Lannion. This idyllic location is perfect for exploring the stunning area of Paimpol and Roscoff on the unspoiled Granite Coast Pink. Immerse yourself in the exceptional beauty of this protected site, with its unique landscapes, situated between the picturesque towns of Perros-Guirec, Tréguier, and Paimpol, in the Coasts of Armor 22 in Brittany.Stay in a comfortable and traditional stone longhouse, offering all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. Enjoy your own private entrance and terrace, complete with a barbecue and outdoor seating area (60m²). Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a multifunction oven, microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, hotplate, dishwasher, and a range of kitchen utensils and small appliances. The accommodation also includes two separate toilets and a bathroom with a bathtub. The cozy living room features a charming stone wall, a fireplace, a three-seater sofa, and two armchairs. There are two bedrooms available: one with three single beds (90x200), an office space, and a wall cupboard, and another with a double bed (160x200), a baby bed, and a cupboard. A television is available upon request.
