The surrounding area, which is not enclosed, features a lovely south-facing meadow with a delightful lime tree providing shade for your meals, as well as a charming chataigneraie to the north of the house.This accommodation can comfortably host either 4 or 8 individuals, offering two bedrooms on the ground floor and two additional bedrooms upstairs under the roof. Each level includes a separate bathroom and toilet, with a shower room available on one level. The house also boasts a well-equipped kitchen with a traditional inglenook fireplace, a cozy dining room for enjoyable meals, and an upstairs lounge for relaxing moments.

Directions
To reach Tulle, take the Seilhac or Clermont Ferrand exit 20 and continue on RN120 towards Naves Seilhac. After that, take a left onto D167 and continue towards Lagraulière village, which is located 1.5 km away. If you are coming from Limoges or Brive, take exit 45 and continue on RN120 towards Seilhac for 3 km. Then, take a right onto D167 and continue for another 3 km.
