Situated on the outskirts of Ain, Isere, and Savoie, at the base of Mont cord and mounting Izieu, in the charming municipality of Glandieu Brégnier cord, our cottage offers a convenient location. It is located alongside the Viarhôna, a picturesque greenway that connects Lake Geneva to the Mediterranean, providing direct access to the pathway. Additionally, it is also situated on the route of footpaths Pays de Lhuis and Izieu, making it perfect for nature lovers and avid hikers.

Our single-story cottage spans 45m2 and faces south, offering plenty of natural light. It is not attached to any other buildings, ensuring privacy and tranquility during your stay. You'll find a paved and shaded terrace, as well as a parking lot adjacent to the cottage. Our property is in a peaceful and secluded area, close to the owners' house.

Inside the cottage, you'll find a main living-kitchen area, equipped with a comfortable sofa bed that can sleep 2 people. The sofa bed is of high quality, ensuring a good night's sleep. There is also a bedroom with twin beds that can be arranged as either 2 single beds or 1 double bed, depending on your preference. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and toilet. Outside, you'll have access to outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and a lawn area for relaxation and leisure activities.

We offer flexible rental options, including overnight stays, weekend getaways, weekly rentals, and monthly stays. Our website provides detailed information on rental rates, which vary according to the season and the number of guests.

We also offer themed vacations throughout the year. From April to October, we have a partnership with the nearby Walibi amusement park, providing discounted rates for our guests. You can also opt for our donkey-themed vacations, where you can interact with and learn about these gentle creatures. Additionally, from May to September, we offer hiking tours in partnership with the Tourist Office, which includes a 5-day, 4-night stay in our cottages, exploring the Tower Lhuis Izieu.

In 2015, we introduced a new holiday package that allows you to explore the Green Lane, with accommodation provided in our cottages. This package is available for a minimum of 3 days and 2 nights and is suitable for families. You can choose to explore the area on a VTC bike or an electric bike, depending on your preference.
