Green Room (Chambre Verte): This spacious room can accommodate up to three people and offers a cozy and serene atmosphere. Enjoy the convenience of a coffee and tea service right in your room, as well as free WIFI access. The room features a bright and airy living-bedroom with wooden flooring, green stucco walls, and a charming original beam ceiling. The large private bathroom boasts three showers and a separate toilet, all adorned with beautiful white and terracotta mosaic tiling on the walls and floor. Furnished with two comfortable single beds (80 cm x 210 cm), a table, and two chairs, the room also offers central heating for your comfort. An additional bed is available upon request. Located in the main building, the Green Room is adjacent to the communal Red Room (Salon Rouge).

Blue Room (Chambre Bleu): Step into this beautifully decorated room, featuring a soothing blue color scheme and a wooden floor. The bathroom is adorned with stunning mosaics, showcasing an original tiled bathtub and toilet with exquisite Moroccan details. The room is furnished with two single beds (80 cm x 210 cm), a table, and two chairs, offering a comfortable and inviting space. Central heating ensures warmth during your stay. If needed, an extra bed can be provided upon request. From the room, you can enjoy a lovely garden view. Similar to the Green Room, the Blue Room is also situated in the main building, next to the communal Red Room (Salon Rouge).

Description for Gite

We offer a charming Gîte and Studio for your self-catering needs. The Gîte is a spacious apartment with a separate kitchen, perfect for two to four people. The Studio, on the other hand, is a cozy space with a kitchenette, suitable for two to three people. Both accommodations feature a lovely terrace and provide a delightful view of the garden. You can relax and enjoy the outdoor ambiance with our garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Stay connected with our complimentary WIFI service available in the Salon Rouge.

Situated in a separate wing of the main building, our accommodations have their own private entrance. Adorned with tasteful Mediterranean-style decor, including terracotta and mustard-colored walls, as well as wooden floors, you will feel a warm and inviting atmosphere. The Gîte boasts a veranda and a garden view, allowing you to immerse yourself in the natural surroundings.

Inside the Gîte, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a dining table and a cozy sitting area. This space also features a sofa bed, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for two people. The large living/bedroom, accessible through a connecting door, offers two single beds measuring 80 cm x 210 cm. Additionally, it includes a private bathroom with a shower and toilet.

To enhance your stay, we provide the first essential groceries in the refrigerator upon your arrival. Furthermore, we ensure that the beds are made and towels are included. If needed, a washer and dryer are available upon request. Rest assured that all these extras are already included in the price.

septembre 2013, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette charmante fermette restaurée avec goût avec des hôtes fort sympathiques qui connaissent le coin et les bonnes adresses, ne pas hésiter à rencontrer Caroline et Charles dans ce coin calme et réconfortant du Gers, belle région à découvrir.

Directions

To reach Domaine A Marmande from Paris, follow the signs for Bordeaux/Nantes. Stay on this route until you reach the A10 highway. Once on the A10, continue following signs for Orleans until you reach Orleans. At the intersection of different highways, continue following signs for Orleans and Orleans Centre/Vierzon/Limoges, which will lead you onto the A71. After approximately 80 km (50 mi) around Vierzon, take the direction towards Limoges/Toulouse, which is the A20.

Continue on the A20 for about 400 km (250 mi) until you are near Montauban. At this point, exit the freeway at exit number 65 and follow the signs for Agen/Auch. Proceed straight ahead at the next two roundabouts, following the direction of Agen/Auch/Tarbes. After 700 m (1/2 mile), turn left at the traffic lights towards Montech. This road, known as the D928, will lead you to Auch.

In Auch, take the direction towards Tarbes on the N21. Cross the water and turn left, following the signs for Mirande. Continue on the N21, following the signs for Tarbes/Mirande. Upon reaching Mirande, turn left towards Tarbes, and then take a left towards Berdoues on the D939. In Berdoues, take a right after passing the City Hall (Mairie). After approximately 500 m (¼ mi), take a left at the intersection, and after another 400 m (¼ mi), take a right onto the third driveway. Congratulations, you have arrived at Domaine A Marmande.

Domaine A Marmande is approximately a 90-minute drive from Toulouse Blagnac Airport.
