Located in the agglomeration of sands in Chateau d'Olonne, within the residence "Les Marines," there is a large car park available for guests.The residence is conveniently situated just 2 steps away from Lake Tanchet and only 600m from the beach. Guests can easily access bicycle and hiking paths right at the foot of the residence. There are also various retail options within walking distance, such as a bakery, newsagent, supermarket, and restaurants. For more extensive shopping, a large area is just 2km away. Additionally, there is a restaurant with a pool located right at the foot of the residence.
The apartment itself consists of an entrance, dining area, toilet, living room with an open kitchen that overlooks the terrace, and a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) to accommodate 2 people.
Guests will have access to various facilities, including hot plates, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and crockery in the kitchen area. There is also a table with chairs, a sofa bed for an additional charge, a flat screen TV, blankets, duvets, pillows, bolsters, garden furniture, and a store ban.
