On the ground floor, there is a fully independent guest room with its own space and private parking. It can accommodate 2/3 people and pets are allowed under specific conditions. The room consists of a 160X200 bed and an additional loft bed of 90X190. It is located in a very peaceful area on a dead-end street. Amenities include a TV and WIFI. You will receive a warm welcome, although breakfast is not provided. The room is situated 2 km away from a charming village known for its oysters and authentic seaside atmosphere. (Shops are available on Ile Lady, 3 km away). The location is great for exploring the Rochefort sector, marshes, and LPO reserve, as well as taking tours to nearby islands such as Aix, Oléron, and Ré. Inside the room, you will find a fridge and microwave for your convenience. The rate for 2 persons is 45 euros per night, excluding breakfast. There is a discount available for stays of 4 nights or longer during the off-peak season. Holiday vouchers are accepted.
