In the heart of Lot et Garonne, overlooking the Lot valley, Florence and Jean-Marc invite you to their tranquil residence, "Villa Saint Antoine," in Saint Antoine de Ficalba. Located halfway between Villeneuve sur Lot (10 kms) and Agen (20 kms), this family room called "White Fig" can accommodate up to 4 people. It offers two comfortable bedrooms, perfect for two couples or a family. Each room is equipped with a 140 bed, TV, WIFI, and shares a bathroom with a toilet. Additionally, guests have access to a private covered terrace with garden furniture. The owners' pool, which is closed and secure, is available from May to September. The enclosed garden spans 2100 m². We serve breakfast on a covered terrace overlooking the pool and valley, using local and seasonal produce. Golf enthusiasts can book their green fees, and Jean-Marc, a golfer himself, provides a trolley bag. Guests can also enjoy leisurely walks or bike rides with the two bikes available, exploring the nearby footpaths GR 652. The village of Pujols, recognized as one of the most beautiful villages in France, and the fortified town of Villeneuve sur Lot (10 kms), as well as Agen (19 kms), are all close by. Villa Saint Antoine
Nous sommes venus en famille dans cette très jolie villa et nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour. La maison est très charmante, l'accueil est formidable et chaleureux, le petit-déjeuner est juste excellent, les chambres sont spacieuses et au calme, la décoration est très soignée et réalisée avec beaucoup de goût. Bref, cet endroit est idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances et d'excellents moments avec des hôtes très accueillants. Encore merci Florence et Jean-Marc pour cet inoubliable séjour... Au plaisir de vous rendre visite à nouveau.

Un accueil formidable, des chambres exceptionnelles et un petit déjeuner gargantuesque et excellent...bref, que du bonheur !!! Florence et Jean-Marc, ne changez rien, c'est parfait. Villa Saint Antoine
Nous avons eu la chance d'être avec mon mari les premiers hôtes de cette Villa. Accueil chaleureux, repos absolu au calme et petit déjeuner dantesque. La région est superbe d'autant plus que nous avions le soleil. Seul petit regret, pas possible d'utiliser la magnifique piscine en ces vacances de Pâques. Nous vous recommandons cette adresse sans aucune restriction.

From Agen, follow the directions to Villeneuve sur Lot. When you reach the roundabout, turn right onto "Saint Antoine de Ficalba" and continue on the road until you reach the school. Then, follow the signs for "Résidence Saint Antoine" and take the road on the right to enter the residence. Once inside, take the first street on the left. You will find the villa at No. 3 rue Sabine Sicaud.
If you are coming from Villeneuve sur Lot, head towards Agen. At the end of the 4-lane road, at the roundabout, take the last exit on the left. When you reach the stop sign, turn right and enter Saint Antoine de Ficalba. At the school level, turn left and follow the signs for "Résidence Saint Antoine." Continue until you reach the hump and then take the road on the right to enter the residence. Inside, take the first street on the left. The villa is located at No. 3 rue Sabine Sicaud.
