Description for Gite

Located on the outskirts of the charming village of Sahorre, apartment Belle Vue offers breathtaking views of the Vallée de la Rotja. This spacious and comfortable gîte can accommodate up to 9 people across three bedrooms, making it perfect for a restful getaway. Alternatively, if you're looking for extra space, it is equally suitable for just 2 people.

Situated on the second and third floor of a typical Pyrénéan house, Belle Vue has its own separate entrance and reserved parking. The second level features a large open-plan living room, a dining area that can seat up to 12 people, and a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen comes with all the necessary appliances and utensils, including a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, kettle, cafétière, and toaster. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and offers a flat-screen satellite TV and DVD player for entertainment. Additionally, there is a full bathroom with a bath, overhead shower, washbasin, and a separate toilet, as well as a washing machine and ironing facilities.

On the top floor, you will find three bedrooms, each capable of accommodating both a double and a single bed as required. All bed linen and towels are provided. The bathroom on this level features a toilet, washbasin, and a spacious modern shower with body massage jets. The apartment is filled with natural light thanks to its tall windows, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. Free WiFi is available throughout the property.

Outside, Belle Vue is surrounded by beautiful gardens that are shared with other accommodations on the property. Here, you can enjoy various amenities, including a plunge pool, a heated spa bath housed in a charming cedar wood chalet, and an outdoor summer kitchen equipped with a plancha, barbecues, and a paella cooker. The garden also offers activities such as badminton, garden chess, swings, a rope ladder, a playhouse for children, and a boules court for playing pétanque. Additionally, there is a table tennis table for some friendly competition.

There is a bakery within walking distance, and you can find excellent local produce at Maison Xifre, a renowned butcher, as well as from Madame Soler's cheese shop and Sailly's Cave wine shop. There are also several excellent restaurants nearby, one of which is just a 5-minute walk from Belle Vue.

The area is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with numerous walking and cycling routes available. You can also enjoy music festivals, various cultural events, and explore historical sites. For winter sports enthusiasts, there are several top ski resorts in the French Pyrenees located just 50 minutes away.

We welcome families, walking tours, groups, children, and pets (additional fee of €8 per night for pets). Our management team respects your privacy and aims to provide a quiet and enjoyable stay.

Please note that the minimum rental period is 7 nights during July and August, and 3 nights for the rest of the year. The weekly rental rate is €735 during July and August, and €650 for the rest of the year. A weekly full linen change is included, and longer rental periods are available upon request. Additionally, there is a cleaning fee of €85 at the end of your stay.

Directions

To reach Andorra, follow the N116 road for approximately 50km. Once you reach Villefranche de Conflent, make a left turn onto the D6 road. Keep driving on the D6 for 7km, following the signs that indicate Beau Vallon.
