The Domaine de la Vautier Court is a charming and picturesque old Norman farmhouse that can accommodate 8 to 10 people. With 3 beautifully decorated rooms, this peaceful countryside retreat is located in the tranquil village of Mandeville en Bessin. Situated just a short 15-minute drive from the vibrant town of Bayeux and only 10 minutes away from the stunning coastline, this delightful farmhouse is surrounded by a lush apple orchard and grazing sheep. Recently renovated to showcase its original architecture and local stone, the house and cottage exude a refined and elegant ambiance. The ground floor of the cottage features a spacious living room with a dining area that can accommodate up to 14 guests, as well as a cozy lounge area equipped with a TV and DVD player. The living room seamlessly connects to an open kitchen. Additionally, there is a convenient shower room and a separate WC on this level. Upstairs, you will find four charming bedrooms: "The Sea" room includes a queen bed, a single bed, and a baby cot; "The Swamp" room offers a queen bed and a single bed; "The Forest" room provides a queen bed; and the fourth room is furnished with two single beds that can be easily pushed together. Adjacent to the bedrooms is a bathroom with a toilet. Outside, a lovely terrace awaits you with comfortable garden furniture, parasols, and a barbecue for outdoor dining. The cottage also offers a garden shed with deckchairs and children's games, along with a beautiful flower garden. Furthermore, the cottage ensures a safe and secure experience with its enclosed parking area, set away from the road. It is worth noting that the cottage is particularly child-friendly.Reviews
