Immerse yourself in the local culture, as our property is surrounded by affordable and delectable small restaurants within a few blocks.

For only $25.00 US dollars per night, a couple can enjoy a clean and spacious bedroom with a private bath. Each room is equipped with a fan, providing a comfortable temperature with the natural breeze and shade from the surrounding vegetation. Stay connected with wireless internet access (laptop not provided). Our community palapa (bungalow) grants access to kitchen facilities, allowing you to prepare your own breakfast or indulge in our "custom" meals at an additional cost.

As the owners, we reside on-site and are dedicated to ensuring your stay exceeds your expectations. Our friendly pets, a mini pinscher and a cat, also call this place home. Well-behaved and sociable pets are more than welcome at no extra charge, as long as they refrain from jumping on furniture.
