We offer the rental of guest rooms with breakfast included. You will find four beautifully decorated rooms with air conditioning, each featuring a private bathroom. The Marans Room has a 180cm bed, the Faverolles Room has a 140cm bed, the Gâtinaise Room has a 180cm bed, and the Wyandotte Family Room has a 180cm bed and two 90cm beds.All of our guest rooms are equipped with amenities such as a hairdryer, toiletries, towels, and WIFI access. If desired, individual beds can be arranged upon booking, except for the Faverolles room. Additionally, we provide a complimentary baby cot for those in need.
Outside, our guests have access to an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and a barbecue. We kindly ask that you bring a bag of charcoal for the barbecue. Please note that there is a tourist tax of 0.88 per person per day.
Check-in time is from 5 p.m., and check-out time is before 10:30 a.m. A continental breakfast is included in your stay. If you would like to reserve a charcuterie/cheese board for two people, the cost is 30. Please notify us at least two days in advance.

COTTAGE RENTAL FOR 10 PEOPLEExperience a comfortable stay at our spacious cottage, which can accommodate up to 10 people. The large living room, spanning 60 m2, features a fully-equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, oven, stove, washing machine, and dishwasher. We also provide various informative materials to help you explore our beautiful region.
Upstairs, you will find four tastefully furnished and air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The bedrooms are named Marans Room, Faverolles Room, Gâtinaise Room, and Wyandotte Room. Three bedrooms are designed for two people, while one can accommodate up to four. If you prefer separate beds, please inform us when making your reservation (excluding the Faverolles room). Additionally, we offer a complimentary baby cot upon request.
Outside, our guests have exclusive access to an enclosed courtyard, complete with garden furniture and a barbecue (charcoal not provided). Enjoy the serene ambiance while spending quality time with friends and family.
The price of your stay includes bed linen, cleaning services, and 8kWh of electricity consumption per day. Please note that a tourist tax of €1.65 per person per day is required. Towels can be provided at an additional cost of €5 per person (upon request).
To ensure your comfort, the cottage is equipped with a pellet stove for heating. One bag of pellets per night is provided, and any extra bags required due to excessive usage will incur a fee of €6 per bag.
Check-in is from 4 p.m., and check-out should be completed by 10 a.m. If you wish to extend your departure time until 6 p.m., an additional fee will apply. Kindly inform us as soon as possible, so we can arrange accordingly.
We warmly welcome well-behaved and clean pets. Please note that a supplement of €5 per animal per day will be charged.

Agréable séjour
Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous avons passé un week-end agréable, proche de Beaune. Accès facile et nuit au calme malgré la proximité de la route.
Directions
If coming from Paris or Lyon, take the Beaune center exit and at the first roundabout, make a right turn. At the second roundabout, make another right turn and continue on the D973 for 6 km. Look for the 70km/h sign, and the 2nd house on the left will be your destination.
If coming from Seurre, simply stay on the D973. After passing the 70km/h sign, you will find the 1st house on the right after the intersection.
