Description for B&B:

Welcome to the Bretons Nantais House! Our house is conveniently located just 10 minutes away from the city center of Nantes and only a 5-minute walk from the Pont Rousseau station (tram and b), making it easily accessible. Situated near a bustling shopping street, our area offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience, as it is nestled just steps away from the beautiful river Sevre.

Upon entering our property through the blue gate, you will find a charming 28 m² house that was built in 2013 and is compliant with bbc standards. The common garden, which is currently being developed, features aromatic and medicinal plants, creating a delightful atmosphere.

As you step through the front door, you will be greeted by a bright and sunny living room that faces south. The fully-equipped kitchen, discreetly positioned on the right, includes amenities such as a dishwasher, combi microwave oven, ceramic hob, and fridge with a freezer compartment. The living area offers a comfortable 2-seater sofa and a coffee table, perfect for relaxation. To enhance your stay, we provide a flat-screen TV with an orange box, telephone, wifi connection, and a stereo system.

Separated from the living room by an office space, you will find the toilet amenities and a separate bathroom with an Italian-style shower. A staircase near the front door leads to the mezzanine sleeping area, which features a 160x200 bed and a clock radio. Our cottage can comfortably accommodate 2 people, and upon request, we can provide a cot for a baby.

To ensure your convenience, the bed is made upon your arrival and we provide towels and linens. Additionally, we offer various products, including coffee, tea, condiments, paper towels, trash bags, and toilet paper. Furthermore, we provide a parking space within 100 meters in a nearby residence.

We are fluent in English and German, allowing for seamless communication. If desired, a breakfast basket can be provided at an additional cost of 6 euros per person. The city center of Nantes is easily accessible within 10 minutes by tram, and both the airport and Nantes train station are just 15 minutes away.
