We offer two beautiful bedrooms on the first floor, perfect for accommodating two people. Both bedrooms are immaculately clean and designated as non-smoking areas. The first bedroom is furnished with a spacious double bed measuring 160x200, while the second bedroom features twin beds. Each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom and toilet facilities. Additionally, we provide amenities such as a hairdryer, towels, and a kettle for making tea, coffee, or herbal tea. The bedrooms are tastefully decorated in a refined Parisian style, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the premises. Rest assured, each bedroom is equipped with an independent private bathroom and toilet, along with a hairdryer and bathroom linens for your convenience.Reviews

A good night's sleep followed by a hearty breakfast
This very clean and comfortable B&B is located in a quite street that is in easy walking distance of a variety of restaurants and shops, plus the Rapid Electronic Railway (R.E.R.) Station for quick and easy access to the center of Paris. The hosts, Béatrice and Patrick are genuinely welcoming and helpful by offering advice on how to maximize one's visit based on their extensive local knowledge. A big bonus for visitors from U.K., Australia, N.Z. and the U.S.A. is Beatrice's fluency in English (and Patrick is a fast learner).

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à la Villa des Genets. C'est très bien situé. C'est un coin calme et bien desservi. Proche de Paris;Les hôtes sont très accueillants.

Directions to our house are as follows:
By car: Starting from Paris circular road (périphérique), go towards Porte de Bagnolet. From there, take the A3 motorway towards Lille, aéroport Roissy-Charles–de-Gaulle. Leave the motorway at the Villemomble exit. At the traffic lights, turn left onto the main road towards "le Raincy." Continue driving for about 1km. Once you reach the train station (under a bridge), turn left onto Galliéni avenue. Take the third street on the left, and you will find our house at number 7. We will be waiting for you with a refreshing drink after your journey!
By fast train: Take the R.E.R Line E heading to Chelles-gournay. Get off at the third stop, Le Raincy-Villemomble. Our house is a 10-minute walk from the station.
By plane: If you arrive at Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport, you have two options:
- Public transport: Take the fast train R.E.R "B" and transfer at "Gare du Nord-Magenta" station. Then, take the fast train R.E.R "E" heading to Chelles-Gournay and get off at the Le Raincy-Villemomble stop, which is the third stop. Our house is a 10-minute walk from there.
- Private transport: You can also opt for a taxi, which will take approximately 15 minutes to reach our house from the center of Paris.
