The Margotière is a charming Breton house with its own unique character, boasting a spacious area of 70 m2 and a delightful garden spanning 700 m2. It is conveniently situated in close proximity to the picturesque Ria d'Etel.

Designed to accommodate up to 4 individuals, with an additional bed available for children if needed, the Margotière provides a comfortable and cozy setting.

On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming lounge area complete with a sofa and dining table, along with a fully equipped kitchen. A separate bathroom and toilet can also be found on this level, as well as a storage area.

Venturing upstairs, you will discover two inviting bedrooms. One features a comfortable 140 x 190 cm bed, while the other offers two beds measuring 90 x 190 cm.

Whether you choose to stay for a night or a week, the Margotière ensures a sense of independence throughout your stay. For your convenience, we provide essential breakfast items such as coffee, tea, orange juice, jam, and butter. Linen is also included, and the beds will be prepared for your arrival.

Additional amenities include a brand new kitchen, a washing machine, and a television. The remainder of your time spent at the Margotière is entirely up to you, free from any time constraints.
