Welcome to The Lodge of Huchier! This charming cottage, awarded 3 "Gîtes de France" ears, is equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The living room features a cozy fireplace and two beds, while the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and stove. Other amenities include a washing machine, bathroom, dressing room, and a bedroom with two additional beds. In case you need extra sleeping space, there is also a fold-out chair bed available.

You'll have access to wireless internet, and a private outdoor area with a table tennis table, garden furniture, barbecue, garage for cars and bicycles, and a garden with a lovely pergola.

Weekly rates vary depending on the season:
- February Vacancy: 200 euros per week
- Spring Break: 240 euros per week
- Summer holidays (July-August): 290 euros per week
- Off-peak season (December, January, February): 200 euros per week
- Off-peak season (May, June, September): 240 euros per week

For shorter stays, such as weekends or mid-week breaks (2 nights), the rate is 125 euros per night, with a possible variation of +/- 30 euros.

We also offer optional services:
- Bed linen rental: 7 euros per person
- Towel rental: 5 euros per person
- End of stay cleaning: 30 euros

We accept payment by check. The cottage is located in Nuits-sur-Armançon, near the village of Ancy-le-Franc, which offers all necessary amenities. The surrounding area is rich in history and attractions, including the medieval village of Noyers/Serein, the historic site of Alesia, the famous hill of Vezelay, and the castle of Guédelon. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy fishing, hiking trails, golf, and the Burgundy Canal cycle route. Additionally, the cottage is conveniently located near the vineyards of Auxerre, the cellars of Chablis and Tonnerre. Its privileged location between the Burgundy Canal (with a bike path) and the SNCF train line connecting Paris, Dijon, and Lyon makes it an ideal stopover for hikers and tourists. The village itself has a train station, Nuits sub-Ravières, which offers connections to Bourgogne trains and also allows for easy access to the TGV station in Montbard, just 18 km away.
