The fully restored 40 m² loft apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. These include wireless internet, air conditioning, a flat screen television, and a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge-freezer, microwave, electric cooking plates, and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom features a bath, toilet, and a glass roof for natural light.

This split level apartment can accommodate two adults and one child, with the option of adding a rollaway bed or a baby cot. Bed sheets and bath towels are provided, even for weekly rentals.

For an additional fee, guests can enjoy breakfast, which can be served either inside the apartment or on the shaded terrace overlooking the pool. Guests also have free access to the pool.

Bed linen and towels are provided, even for weekly rentals. Optional breakfast can be enjoyed either inside the loft or on the terrace, which is shaded by a pergola and overlooks the pool. Guests have free access to the pool.

Directions

To find us, follow these directions:
1. Exit the (A8) motorway at exit N° 31 Cuques/Val Saint André.
2. Take the last exit off the roundabout onto Avenue Malcrida. Continue driving along Gambetta boulevard, passing two roundabouts.
3. At the end of Gambetta boulevard, turn right onto Carnot boulevard.
4. After passing the third set of traffic lights, turn right onto Cours des Arts et Métiers, following Pont de Béraud.
5. At the end of Arts et Métiers, turn right onto Avenue Fontenaille.
6. Drive past the Intermarché supermarket on your left and, at the first set of lights, turn right onto Traverse Baret.
7. Our address is 52 Traverse Baret, and our house is called Le Palmier. It is located at the end of the cul-de-sac, with a dark grey gate.
