Description:

Description for B&B:

Pailloles is a small village located in the north of Share and Garonne. The Farm Couderc is situated 40km from Agen and Bergerac, 12km from Villeneuve-On-Share, 10km from Cancon, and 8km from Casseneuil. It is specifically located at the foot of Castelnaud of Gratecambe, facing Golf by the RN21.

The village of lodgings, known as "The Farm Couderc," is set on a 14ha domain of hilly prairies. It consists of various stone buildings, most of which date back to the 16th century, such as The barn, The Oven à plums, The storeroom, The cellar, The Sheepfold, and The house. These buildings offer comfortable and welcoming living spaces, complete with terraces, barbecues, and some with enclosed gardens.

For the relaxation and enjoyment of both young and old, there is a heated swimming pool with a solarium (open from April to September), activity fields for soccer, volleyball, and pétanque, play areas, a trampoline, a game room with ping-pong and baby soccer, a fitness area with SPCA, hammam and sauna (additional cost), enclosures with Schetlands ponies and dwarf goats, as well as a barnyard. The restaurant "The Baptistine" is open daily and offers traditional and local dishes to be enjoyed on-site or for takeout. They also offer a half-board option (for both adults and children) with morning and evening meals, as well as themed evenings during the summer season. Covered and uncovered parking is available.

You will have the opportunity to visit the Bastides, Castles, Tasting Farms, Animation Parks, Museums, Farmers Markets, and evening markets. You can also go for a walk along the Share river, enjoy various lakes suitable for swimming or fishing, and discover the different vineyards in Share and Garonne, such as Buzet, Lasted, and Marmandais, as well as the charming countryside. Don't forget that we are in the heart of a sunny orchard, known for the famous Plum of splices which becomes the Prune of Agen after drying, and also a kingdom of duck farming where foie gras, Magret, and Garbure tantalize the taste buds.

There are numerous sports and leisure activities available near the Farm Couderc, including equestrian sports, golf, fishing, water sports, hiking, cycling, and aeronautics.

To reach the Farm Couderc, you can take the RN21 from Villeneuve-On-Share, 12km away, in the direction of Bergerac. When facing the Golf of Villeneuve-On-Share, turn left. From Bergerac, after Cancon, do not take Pailloles but continue on the RN21. After Castelnaud of Gratecambe, when facing Golf on the RN21, turn right.

Appréciations pour La Ferme Couderc, Pailloles:

Avis sur le Village de Gites de la Ferme Couderc - 47 (Lot et Garonne)
Review by: Anne, Aou 24 2010 6:21PM

Directions

From Villeneuve-sur-Lot, travel 12 km on the RN21 in the direction of Bergerac. When you reach the Golf of Villeneuve-sur-Lot, turn left. Pay attention after Cancon when heading towards Bergerac, do not take the Pailloles exit. Instead, continue on the RN21. After passing Castelnaud-de-Gratecambe, you will see the Golf on your right. Turn right onto the RN21.
