RATES (INCLUDING EXPENSES)
The price advertised (110 euros for 6 people) is flexible based on the number of guests and length of stay.
For 4 people: 100 euros per night or 650 euros per week.
For 6 people: 110 euros per night or 700 euros per week.
For 8 people: 120 euros per night or 750 euros per week (with the 2 additional guests sleeping on a sofa bed in the office or living room).
These prices include all charges such as electricity, wood heating, gas, water, sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels, and tablecloths. The house will be heated on the day of arrival and complimentary drinks will be provided.

MOUNTAIN HOME (620 meters close to Bagneres de Bigorre thermal spa)
Located in the Baronnies, an authentic PYRENEES region with stunning mountain views. This former farm from 1839 combines the charm of a traditional cottage with a green renovation, respecting local architecture and using natural materials like wood beams and lime-hemp. It features a wood stove, open fireplace, good sound and heat insulation. The house is tastefully decorated, creating a cozy and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for reading. It also offers modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray player, library, stereo, and high-speed wireless internet. The house is heated using wood, except for the bathroom which uses electricity. It has two floors: the first floor includes 2 bedrooms, an office-bearing room, and a toilet; the ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with open fireplace and wood stove, veranda, bathroom, laundry room, dressing room, and toilet.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
- 6 people: 2 bedrooms with double beds (160cm and 140cm), 1 veranda room with a sofa bed (140cm), and 1 sofa bed for 2 people in the office-bearing or living room (for 2 additional people).

The south-facing exposure of the house ensures plenty of sunlight. The spacious terrace allows for enjoying breakfast and lunch in the sun, even in winter, while admiring the mountain views. The courtyard and large sports area (1000m²) offer relaxation and various games.
