For a unique experience, there is a cozy witch cabin and a delightful gypsy wagon, perfect for couples or solo travelers. The estate boasts well-maintained gardens with mature trees, outdoor toys, and activities to keep everyone entertained. Additionally, there are two pools, including a separate pool for toddlers. Those with a musical inclination can enjoy the piano bar, featuring a grand piano and a terrace to soak in the peaceful surroundings.Le Coustaty is a welcoming retreat that remains open all year round, offering comfortable warmth for guests. With a total indoor space of approximately 150 square meters, it can accommodate groups of up to 30 people. Nestled in the heart of the enchanting Black Perigord region, the estate is conveniently located just a few minutes away from the charming towns of Beynac and St Cyprien. Sarlat, a renowned tourist destination, is a mere 15-minute drive away. Guests will find themselves in close proximity to a myriad of points of interest, including Les Milandes, Castelnaud, Les Eyzies, La Roque St Christophe, Les Jardins de Marqueyssas, and Le Gouffre de Proumeyssac. The B&B accommodations, suitable for 2, 3, or 4 guests, each come with their own private shower room and WC. Guests are also welcome to use a dedicated kitchen and living room area, complete with a TV.For those staying in the Witch cabin or the gypsy wagon, bed linen and breakfast are included. These accommodations feature a shower room and WC located in the poolhouse.
The Holiday houses, available for 2, 4, or 6 guests, come with a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace furnished with garden furniture, and a barbecue for outdoor cooking.

- Another option is to take a train to St Cyprien railway station, which is located 5km away from us.
- If you prefer driving, you can take the A20 motorway from Paris to Toulouse or the A89 motorway from Lyon to Bordeaux.
Once you are on the road D703, which runs alongside the Dordogne River, you can find us between Beynac & Cazenac and Saint Cyprien. Just follow the sign that says "PORT DENVEAUX, Rivière Dordogne" and then turn right onto "Le Coustaty".
