The property is conveniently located just 500m away from all shops, providing easy access to amenities while still being surrounded by nature. Within the village, there is a stadium with tennis courts, a playground for children, a rugby field, and an equestrian center. Additionally, there are various recreational activities nearby, including a spa in Dax and a golf course in Saliès de Béarn, both within 20km. There are also pools and lakes nearby for swimming and fishing.Guests will enjoy the convenience of free private closed parking and bike storage, as well as the option to relax in the garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. The property also provides a washing machine and allows pets for an additional fee. Free WIFI access is available, and smokers are accepted. A baby kit and extra bed are available for a supplement. From October to May, or depending on the temperature, there is a charge of 5 euros per night for heating. Bed linens and towels are not included but can be rented on site.
