On the first floor, there are three complete bedrooms, an office/room 4 located in front of room 3, and a small room with entrance through room 1 which contains two single beds. Additionally, there is a toilet and a refrigerator on this floor.

Each complete room is equipped with new beds (boxspring) and quilts of comfortable quality. There is a double bed in each room which can be converted into two single beds. The rooms also feature a bathroom (3 m2) with a shower-bath, fitted washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer. Other amenities include a TV, coffee/tea service, and wireless internet.

Room 1 (14 m2) is accompanied by a smaller room, 1A (8.5 m2), making it a family room suitable for four persons. This room has its own entrance to the balcony.

Room 2 (11.7 m2) also has its own entrance to the balcony.

Room 3 (11.7 m2) is a family room for four or five persons and is connected to room 4 (14.5 m2). Room 4 has the same beds as the other rooms, with the option of adding a third bed. It also has fitted washbasin furniture and a private toilet located in the corridor. The corridor provides entrance to the balcony.
