The Leonie cottage is a perfect retreat for two people. With its refined and authentic decoration, nestled in the heart of the vineyards and only 10 minutes away from Angers, this place offers a peaceful and rejuvenating experience.

The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen that opens up to a private front terrace, making it an ideal spot for enjoying breakfast. The bed is cozily placed in an alcove, overlooking a small TV room. Additionally, the private terrace at the rear is perfect for relaxing and enjoying barbecues.

The bathroom and toilet are conveniently separate.

To ensure a hassle-free stay, your bed will be made upon arrival and all linens, sheets, towels, and tea towels will be provided.

If needed, a cot is available upon request.

Directions

To get there, follow the signs for the Cholet Niort Poitiers and Brissac Quince exit. While you're in the area, make sure to visit the charming Bourg Saint Melaine on Aubance. When you reach the stop sign in front of the restaurant "Le Petit Manoir," take a right turn towards Brissac and continue out of town. Soon after, take the first left onto "path Toucheronde," followed by the first right onto "path Gaubourg." Keep going until you reach your destination.
