This charming 4-star cottage is located in a peaceful countryside setting, just a 15-minute drive from the city center of Besancon. Situated on the ground floor of a beautifully renovated old farmhouse, the apartment is tastefully decorated and offers a tranquil retreat. The cottage features a private enclosed garden and a spacious terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.With a total surface area of 100m2, the cottage offers ample space for relaxation. It consists of three bedrooms, including two double rooms and two single rooms. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining room create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the cottage includes a lovely terrace with a garden, as well as an enclosed garden with swings and a slide for children. A Weber charcoal barbecue is available for use during the summer months. Private parking is provided on-site, with space for 2-3 vehicles.
Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage, but pets are welcome at no additional charge. Guests can enjoy free WiFi and unlimited access to a flat-screen TV. Sheets can be provided for an additional fee of 10 euros per bed. For families traveling with young children, a highchair, changing mat, umbrella, and two cribs are available.
