This 3-star hotel gite is conveniently located just 15 minutes away from the historic city center of Besancon. It is the perfect accommodation for small groups or families.Situated on the first floor of a beautifully renovated old house, this charming cottage offers a peaceful countryside setting. There are various shops, including a junction contact, post office, pharmacy, bakery, and hairdresser, all within 1 km.
The gite features three tastefully decorated rooms that provide ultimate comfort. Guests can enjoy unlimited free Wi-Fi and make use of the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge, stove, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, food processor, bread machine, complete dinnerware, and cookware. The spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, chairs, a table, and chairs for 6/7 people, along with a flat-screen TV and TNT. The bathroom offers a shower and a washing machine, while a separate toilet is also available.
This gite was completely redone in April 2014 and offers a terrace with a table and high stools. Private and free parking is provided on-site for 2-3 vehicles. Baby equipment, such as a highchair and cot, can be requested and is available free of charge. The gite is conveniently located near Micropolis Minjoz Johns Hospital, Hospital of Franche Comté, and CFPPA.
Whether you're planning a week-long holiday, a weekend getaway, or any other type of stay (with a minimum of 2 nights), this gite is an ideal choice. Gas, water, and electricity are included in the rental price, and there is an optional cleaning charge of 60 euros. Bed sheets can be provided for an additional fee of 10 euros per bed. The gite offers 2 double beds and 3 single beds, with 2 cots available upon request. Pets are allowed free of charge, but prior approval is required.
