Located just 3 km from Marennes and 5 km from the island of Oléron, this fully furnished 3-star tourist accommodation offers complete independence from the owners. The tranquil atmosphere and sense of freedom are enhanced by the spacious 1000m² garden and the inviting 10x4 heated swimming pool, complete with comfortable lounge chairs perfect for relaxing. (Please note that the swimming pool is available from May to October, subject to weather conditions in May and October.)

Your suite is situated on the mezzanine level of the house, affording you privacy and peace. The entire ground floor, approximately 80m², is exclusively reserved for your use, ensuring complete independence. The suite includes a charming bedroom with a comfortable 160-sized bed and a spacious wardrobe. You will also have access to a large room, which doubles as a dining area during inclement weather. Additionally, a private bathroom with a shower and a separate private toilet are at your disposal. For your entertainment, there is a TV room furnished with a cozy leather sofa.

During pleasant weather, breakfast and meals can be enjoyed by the pool. If desired, a table d'hote service is available upon request for an additional fee. Indulge in a seafood platter or sample other regional delicacies, such as oysters, based on your preferences.

To ensure convenience, a designated parking space within the enclosed property is reserved for your use. The room rate ranges from 75 to 95, depending on the season, and includes breakfast as well as unlimited access to the swimming pool from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm.

We prioritize the privacy and independence of our guests, allowing you to relax and enjoy your stay undisturbed. Reservations can be made via email or telephone after the rental contract has been sent and a 25% deposit of the total stay price has been made.
