Le Clos des Noyers is a charming residence situated in the heart of Combronde, a small town in the Auvergne region. This nineteenth-century mansion showcases the distinctive stonework of Volvic, a characteristic feature of the area.

With its well-preserved period decor, Le Clos des Noyers exudes elegance and sophistication. The high molded ceilings, marble fireplaces, and exquisite oak paneling in the reception rooms truly capture the essence of the era. Upon entering the majestic entrance hall, guests are greeted by a ceiling painted in trompe l'oeil paneling and beautifully silkscreened glass panes.

For relaxation, guests have access to the lounge, which also serves as a TV-library. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the dining room, the spacious kitchen, or on the sunny south terrace.

The guest rooms are located on the upper floor and can be reached via the impressive Volvic stone staircase. Guests can choose from three double bedrooms or opt for the more spacious "The Combrailles" room. Each room offers a peaceful and comfortable ambiance, adorned with decor inspired by the picturesque Auvergne countryside.

The property is surrounded by walls, ensuring privacy and tranquility. At the front of the house, a large south-facing terrace provides the perfect spot to relax, while a small garden in the French style offers shade and serenity. At the back, guests can explore the medieval garden with its vibrant flowers and aromatic herbs, followed by the expansive park, home to various trees such as cedar, pine sapo, chestnut, redwood, and charm. Additionally, an orchard boasting apple, pear, cherry, and grape trees adds to the charm of the surroundings.
