The ground floor room of this detached home in Six-Fours overlooks the garden. It has a separate entrance from the garden, providing a quiet and family-friendly atmosphere. The villa is situated in a residential area, just 700 meters from the city center and near Fort de Six-Fours and the college. Private parking is available on the property. The room features a comfortable 140x190 bed, a flat-screen TV with a 107 cm screen, and Wi-Fi access. The private bathroom includes a shower and washbasin, and there is also a pine chest of drawers for storing clothes. Sheets and towels are provided. Adjacent to the bed and breakfast room (not separated by a fourth wall) is another room with a sofa bed that can accommodate two children or adults. An extra bed is also available if needed. The price per night ranges from 65 to 100, depending on the season and number of nights, for a couple. An additional fee of 10 per child applies regardless of the period. Smoking is allowed outside in the garden. Rooms are available for check-in from 15:00 and must be vacated by 10:30 (unless special arrangements are made). A security deposit of 100 is required but will be refunded upon departure. Prepayment by check is accepted, but cash is requested for on-site payments. For any special requests regarding the room rental, please don't hesitate to contact us. Breakfast is included in the price, and all taxes are included as well.
